Gwen Griffith-Dickson

Leader

Leading people is difficult. Fortunately there are plenty of resources in obvious areas of need – business strategy, productivity and personal organization, and the technical knowledge and skills for your sector.

It is more difficult to find personal, confidential support for other areas of your well-being. With experience in dealing with difficult people, overcoming entrenched conflict, building new bridges and getting people to actually walk across them, I am happy to support those harder-to-reach areas that you can find yourself in.
