What I do

Supporting

It’s those hard-to-solve issues, like breakdowns in relations or conflict situations, that drain you and bump up your stress levels the most. It’s also those kinds of areas that are harder to find support for. People are ready with quick solutions that you have already tried and found wanting; and when you explain that it hasn’t worked for you they are swift to move on. I have the patience to support you in thinking through those problems and devising creative and effective ways to overcome them.

A recent example focused on a religious issue cropping up in someone’s work – an intersection of three different religions giving rise to some extremely painful conflict – on which I could lend some insight and map ways forward.
